Last Updated: October 2026 · Standard Customer Service Agreement
Last Revised: October 2026. Please review these operational conditions carefully before scheduling haul-off or compaction services in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Junk Crusher LLC ('Junk Crusher', 'we', 'our', or 'us'). These provisions govern two distinct domains of interaction: (a) your access to and use of our digital platforms, quote request calculators, and informational resources at junkcrusher.com, and (b) any binding commercial or residential service agreements executed for physical on-site equipment, including roll-off dumpster rentals and mobile industrial compaction trucks.
Submitting a digital quote request or scheduling inquiry via our web forms does not automatically constitute a binding dispatch obligation. Service commitments are deemed final only upon: (1) formal dispatch verification issued via email or SMS text confirmation by our operations center, (2) validation of your service address within our primary Pittsburgh service territory, and (3) payment authorization on a valid credit profile.
Customers renting roll-off containers agree to adhere strictly to all regional weight thresholds and placement specifications:
Surface and Placement: Customer is solely responsible for designating a stable, unobstructed surface capable of bearing heavy roll-off machinery. Junk Crusher is not liable for surface cracking, turf impression, or pavement degradation resulting from designated placement.
Fill Line Limitations: Waste materials must never exceed the container sidewall rim (water-level fill). Overfilled containers will not be transported until leveled by the customer.
Prohibited Materials: Hazardous chemicals, batteries, asbestos, biological waste, medical debris, liquid paints, tires, masonry and freon appliances are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance results in immediate environmental remediation surcharge fees.
Weight Overages: Tonnage exceeding the inclusive quote weight is billed automatically at standard municipal landfill gate rates per ton.
Our proprietary mobile compaction service utilizes heavy crushing drums deployed directly inside open-top commercial dumpsters. By ordering on-site compaction, the client warrants that: (a) unobstructed vehicle clearance of at least 14 feet overhead and 12 feet width is maintained to the container, (b) the container structure is free of major structural rust or compromised weld seams, and (c) all materials inside are smashable solids (wood, pallets, cardboard, light construction framing, plastics). Uncompactable dense solids (solid concrete blocks, reinforced steel beams, engine blocks) must be declared prior to service.
